A friend of mine would like me to make her a Sweet 16 cake. It needs to feed app. 75-100 people. (I can multiply the recipe myself). I am a pretty good baker and artist. I have also made sculpted cakes before, but I have used boxed mixes. I make my own buttercream, but I need a tasty chocolate and yellow(or white) cake recipe that can stand up to being stacked, tiered and sculpted.What are the best recipes to use for a tiered Sweet 16 cake?
