Cook some tomatillos until the are tender along with some of your chopped up peppers. When done, place in a food processor or blender and puree. Add finely chopped cilantro and viola you have a wonderful green tomatillo sauce.





This is great served as a condiment to grilled meats and also any time of Spanish foods.

Green Chicken Chili


Cook a couple of chicken breast on low in boiling water until the chicken is done. When cool shred the chicken into small pieces using your fingers.


Meanwhile Heat two jars of chicken gravy with 2 cans of chicken broth. Chop peppers and some onion. Add to the gravy/broth mixture. When the peppers/onions are almost done add the shredded chicken to the pot and heat until the chicken is warmed through.


Serve with warm flour tortillas and sour cream. This recipe came from a friend of mine that makes this for dinner parties. She gets rave reviews. It's a surprising yet nice surprise in how the chicken interacts with the peppers.What are some of the best recipes involving salsa chile's???
