2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal

Pita pockets are great to stuff with a variety of things
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Mushr ooms
Celery
Onions
Red cabbage
Tomatoes
Lowfat Mozzarella cheese
Pita bread
Use any combination of the above raw vegetables. Chop fine and mix with Mozzarella cheese. Place vegetable and cheese mixture inside pita pocket. Microwave 60 seconds until cheese melts and vegetables are warm. It's delicious!
