Funny. I clicked on this looking forward to something new. Turns out I already have it. It's a great book. My sister, who's been vegan for about 6 or 7 years, turned me on to it.

In the Garden of Vegan by Barnard/Kramer and The Accidental Vegan by Devra Gartenstein. In the Garden is good for quick basic stuff if you can stand all the pictures of tatoos. The Accidental Vegan is good if you already know how to cook and want good ideas. Everything is on sale at a good price on amazon.com, but they always take a while to ship. Barnes %26amp; Noble will ship sooner but the discounts aren't as deep.
